What Is Strategic Averaging Method (SAM) In Stock Market?

There are Five main rules in using the SAM system:

1. Invest Small and Slowly

Invest based on your financial plan and comfortable amounts. You don’t have to put big chunks of money all at one time.  Let us say you have P300,000, divide your money into 6 parts, and invest each part for the next six months. You do this to get good opportunities to buy at low prices when the market is down. In other words, invest small amount to get a better average price overtime.

2. Buy only at Buy Below Prices (BBP)

There is a “Buy Below Price” for each SAM stock. This would tell when to buy that stock.  As long as the price of SAM stock remains below the BBP, we continue to buy regularly (weekly, monthly, quarterly)

3. Stop Buying when prices go beyond our Buy Below Price

When the SAM stock price goes higher than our BBP, we should stop buying. However if it goes down again below BBP, it’s a signal to buy it again.

The main reason we don’t buy them beyond BBP is because we believe the stock is already expensive based on expert’s valuations and not attractive anymore.

4. Sell when the Target Price is Hit

This is the best part where you can enjoy the profit from your investment. Target price is the projected future price of a SAM stock based on the study of company’s performance and estimate of its potential growth.

When our SAM stock hits or gets close to our Target Price, we sell and lock our profits. Yahooo! We have already made money and by regularly doing this, becoming a millionaire is possible!

5. Reinvest to other SAM stocks.

Use the money you made from selling at target price to buy other SAM stocks that are still below Buy Below Price. By doing this you are compounding your previous profit with the potential profit you will be making with the new SAM stock investment. You are leveraging to the most powerful force in the universe, the compound interest.

These 5 SAM rules are our blueprint in achieving our first million in the stock market. You just have to follow the system and you will make a money.

The key is to have the patience and discipline to buy only at “Buy Below Price” and sell when target price is hit.

Success Is Not A Straight Line.....

Minsan na experience mo na bang may mahulog sa ilalim ng upuan or table?
Yung may kailangan kang abutin at kapain kang nasaan?
Hindi mo sya makita at kailangan mong kapain?
That's exactly how you're going to succeed in business and in life.
Try mong kapain sa kaliwa, kapag wala dun, kapain mo sa kanan or adjust.
Pag wala pa din, abante ka ng konti until makuha mo yung gusto mo.
Life is very much like that.
First, define what exactly you want. Be specific.
It's not enough to say "I want a lot of money."
Magkano ang gusto mo kitain? do you want 10,000 per month?, P50,000 or P1 Million per month?
And then you take ACTION towards achieving that GOAL.
Important: Kailangan alam mo specific and step by step ang mga gagawin mo kapag hindi pa kailangan mo ito alamin.
Maraming pagkakataon na magkakamali ka, natural lang un. Accept it. It's part of life.
Sabi nga, ang success ay hindi straight line. Everyone make mistakes.
Pero sa bawat pagkakamali natin...

gamitin natin ito para matuto at mag improved, hanggang sa makuha natin ang success.
Maniwala ka sa sarili mo, if you'll only take action at hindi ka susuko sa mga pangarap mo. you'll eventually find it.
